The Epitome of Location, Location, Location

You can buy the right home in the wrong location. You can change the structure, remodel it or alter the layout but, ordinarily, you cannot move it. It's attached to the land.

Toronto is ‘A City of Neighbourhoods’, with each identifiable neighbourhood forging its own unique character.

Choosing a home that is right for you means choosing a location that meets your lifestyle needs. For example, buyers with children may be concerned about their children's education and often will pay more for a home that is located in a highly desirable school district. Alternatively, buyers wanting  to live in a downtown condominium could be prepared to pay top dollar for a suite because it provides sweeping panoramic views of the city at night.  Even gaining a glimpse of the Toronto Lakefront out one window could be enough to substantiate a good location.

The following list will provide you with an overview of a number of the most popular neighbourhoods in the GTA.

*** After you have identified one or more of the neighbourhoods that you would like to explore, please click on Search Toronto MLS, and fill out my form so that I can send you all the listings currently for sale on MLS that match your search criteria.
